The hotel is brand-new, tidy and well-kept. The staff are helpful and proactive. The rooms are neat and have exceptionally comfortable beds, television, a mini-bar fridge, and a microwave oven. The breakfast offers a lot of delicious options. It's a great base for exploring Varanasi.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Everything in this tidy hotel was perfect. Hospitable staff, spotless, extremely spacious rooms with balcony. Location short walk to good restaurants available, mall and all top hotels of Varanasi, and a cafeteria...

New Year's Eve at this hotel was pretty underwhelming - we couldn't wait to check out. However, there were a few redeeming factors. the location was great - right in the heart of the action. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the local restaurants and bars. the hotel offered a decent breakfast spread, which was a nice way to start each day. And finally, the room had good Wi-Fi, so we were able to stay connected during our stay.

The negatives far outweighed the positives. The room was dirty and smelly, with what appeared to be mold growing on the walls.
